Search Online
Search Scott County’s online records using eCCLIX, the online records database.
eCCLIX Public SearchImportant Information:
The Scott County Clerk administers a proofing process on ALL documents recorded. The standard turn-around time for this process is 24-48 hours after a document has been issued a book/page. Please keep this information in mind when performing a ‘title search’. You may call the office and inquire about our “good through” date between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Review the records available before registering for an account.
- The index is built using party names, not property addresses. If only the address is known, more information can be obtained on our Property Valuation Administrator’s website, scottkypva.com.
- When conducting your search, use as few parameters as needed to broaden your results. Basic information will provide the best return on the search (i.e. limiting your search fields to LAST NAME, FIRST NAME). In addition, refrain from putting anything in the ‘TYPE’ field and choose ‘combo/combination’ where applicable to expand the search.
- Plat Conversion: When searching for a plat, you can use the prefix ‘CAB’ in front of the cabinet number and pair it with the slide number. (i.e. CAB1 slide1)
- The search screen will allow the cabinet and slide number to be entered into the ‘BOOK’ and ‘PAGE’ fields. (i.e. ‘Book’ CAB1, ‘Page’ 1)
- The older plats on file have been converted as follows:
- CAB1 = Slides 1-500, CAB2 = Slides 501-900, CAB3 = Slides 901-1300, CAB4 = Slides 1301-1700, CAB 5 = Slides 1701-2100, CAB6 = Slides 2101-2500
- All remaining plat cabinets continue in sequential order and the slides begin at ‘1’ in each cabinet.
Fees:
- Commercial Users: See monthly and single-day fee schedule here
- SCOTT COUNTY RESIDENTS/Non-Commercial Users: Free, limited to Scott County records only, 5 searches per day.
